As of the time of this writing, the IT industry is still considered to have the highest paid job in the Philippines.

Graduation month naman karon, daghan studyante nag kuhag IT related course just because of this sole reason.
"Pag-kuha ug IT course kay dako na ug sweldo. Demand na karon, dali raka makagawas" - mao niy kasagaran ignon sa mga bata para mo venture sa IT na career.

Now in reality, dagko ba jud kaha ang sweldo aning IT career? Hilabi na ug Software Developer ka?

Palihog daw kog hatag ug tip sa mga mu graduate karon if pila bajud ang average na salary aning career pagka Software Developer. Based pud unta ni sa mga experienced na sa industry, para naay idea ang mga magsugod pa if unsa juy dapat e expect nila.

Naa koy lista sa mga sample salary ranges diri from Large to start-up companies. I know dili ni accurate and this is based only sa mga dungog2x. Himo2x lang ni na range. Please verify daw if unsa juy sakto na mga range ani nila based sa Exp sa Software Dev.

Large Companies

No Exp - 1 year = 20k -25k
1 year - 2 years = 25k - 30k
2 years - 3 years = 30k - 35k
3 - years - 4 years = 35k - 40k

Medium Companies

No Exp - 1 year = 18k - 20k
1 year - 2 years = 21k - 25k
2 years - 3 years = 26k - 30k
3 - years - 4 years = 31k - 35k

Small/Start-up Companies

No Exp - 1 year = 12k - 16k
1 year - 2 years = 16k - 20k
2 years - 3 years = 21k - 25k
3 - years - 4 years = 26k - 30k

If mahimo, ayaw lang mo mention ug company if mag salary range mo. Kahibaw ko dli pwede e disclose ang actual salary.

Ang compensation usually ma-based jud na sa imong role, experience, and performance. Pero also sa goal ug standing sa company. I think applicable ni sa uban industries pud.

If large company and new pa ka, kasagaran gamay ra ug hatag. If competent ka, tagaan ra pud ka ug sakto nga compensation. Pero naa pud exceptional.

Startups kay usually dako mohatag sa katong naay experience, especially mga foreign based companies nga moari sa PH. Kay nangita pa sila ug mga assets. Normally, nindot pud ang mga perks nga ilang ipang-hatag.

Medium companies kay medyo complicated i-determine kay depende ra pud kung asa padung ilang business.
