ako lng ni e share ninyo gamay ang akong mga nahibaw.an about sa mga gi pang sulte ni du30, ug akong supporta sa mga new changes nga iyang ganahan e implement sa pinas k kana mostly nga mga changes k gi sulte pa lng niya pero na experience na nko and ako lng ma sulte pwerti jung nindota.....
I agree its LKY's ideas who formed most of the laws in early years of building sg as a nation. Hoping that du30 will also follow LKY with forming laws based on his idea or copying some of the applicable laws of LKY. That is why i kind of know what is coming to pinas govt and to pinoys in general, and i fully support them coz i am currently living the good effects of those laws.
lack of information/education of pinoys
tumpak ka boss @brownie, dako jud problema nang lack of info sa mga pinoys. pero lisod man pud na pag solve k lagi corrupt ug selfish and govt/politicians sa pinas......
share lng ko gamay if ok ra....i somewhat knew how LKY solved this issue, but it took him at least 3 generations to achieve this. what he did were, he controlled the views of his constituents that meritocracy is the best way to get out of poverty. the 1st generation of citizens were pushed into basic education (until secondary at least or HS equivalent sa pinas), that is only needed for their jobs in service sector coz that time factories/manufacturing was a booming business. then 2nd generation of citizens was pushed into going for higher education(i.e. engineering, doctors, lawyers, masters degree, Phd etc.) because the 2nd gen will be the next educated middle class of the new industrialised nation(SG) that will help shape the views of the 3rd gen onwards. the 2nd gen is tasked to be the upcoming leaders (e.g. managers, directors, politicians, teachers, doc, lawyer etc.) of the next generations following the 3rd gen of citizens. by meritocracy he tackled the issue about lack of information of his constituents. so by today all citizens of sg is fully informed of the laws/rights governing their nation.
krn si du30 is trying to catch up on things (i.e. giving needed info) in pinas by asking CSC(civil service commission) to hold seminars all around pinas. my guess is these seminars will tell ppl some basic information for them to understand the du30 style of govt and why such changes must be done.
krn na excited ko kung unsay mga moves ni du30 (in his own way) pag implement ang SG section 55 sa pinas k IMO this will speed up the cleansing of criminals and corrupt.
kanang issue sa pinas about sa press/media, ay sos! porya gaba na lng k mostly sa major tv networks sa pinas is corrupt mao mag give ug mga garbage news...... mo supporta sad ko sa controlling of media/press ni duterte k i think i know the reason pud(if you want to know why? i will also share it in some other post) and as i said na experience napud nko ang effects sa filtered media/press![]()

If he did it to Davao, he also have to capacity to do it on a bigger scale. I am with you all through out if we solely base it on education alone. The K12 is a single step and the administration should make DepEd and CHED a powerhouse office by now because I think everybody believes that the fundamentals of being a good citizen is through education and family orientation. The problem with this is that, the influx of business i.e. foreign and local enterprises in our country is still very low compared to SG and so the workforce goes way beyond what is on demand, the result is unemployment again. We must improvise what LKY has done because not everything in SG is doable in the Phils at the moment. But again, education alone is not enough to overcome the situation. For instance, illegal traders of substances, human trafficking, environmental destruction are all part of the problem that DU30 must address in his whole tenure and these type of problems are detrimental to our economy, and we all know that's a fact.
What DU30 needs now are trustworthy cabinet members that also have the capacity to defeat procrastination. Our trapos are one of the greater factors why most significant projects are delayed and out of line because, trapo. I am hopeful though. We all are.![]()

davao system to a bigger scale
pwedi jud kaau ni.....mao ni krn ang plano ni du30 to push for federalism and i know it is the best approach sa pinas to follow and na experience napud nko ni nga system until now...kato iya ingon nga dapat if ang certain dept tagaan budget 30B dapat nig audit k ma hurot jud niya ang 30B...na experience na nko pud....
share napud ko ha.... sa parliamentary/federal ang mga ministers tagaan budget pra sa iyang constituents, say 30M..so kana 30M iya na hutdon way kulang/sobra nig audit...sample, cebu state nga under ni MP Juan de la Cruz gaan 30M budget nya if hapit na audit naa pa sobra iya budget nga 2M, para ma horot niyang ang 30M and remaining nga 2M iya gamiton pag fix sa mga dalan bisan ug wala gud guba para lng jud ma hurot ang 30M, pang ayohon mga angay ayohonon....mga ing.ana ang na experience nko as of now mao nga maintain nga nindot ang environment sa usa ka state permi....kani cya mao ni ang usa sa epekto sa way corrupt nga govt.
trustworthy cabinet members
dri k gamit pud kaau ang section 55(if naa na ang pinas ani), like i said in my prev post si LKY iya ni gi gamit even sa iyang so.od nga ministers, iyang g pa preso bisan way ebidensya. k if nag suspect si LKY nga corrupt iya minister aw dretso kas presohan way daghan istorya....so hopefully if naa ta like section 55 mao ni gamiton ni du30 para sa iyang cabinet members or any govt official who is into corruption....kani nga law na agi.an nani sa pinas sa marcos time sa una pero wala na utilize ug maau, mao ni nag hatag idea ni LKY nya g modify ning LKY mao daghan kaau political prisoners sa SG sa una![]()
Having trustworthy cabinet members is enough to deliver what has to be delivered in the executive department. The legislators pose the same equivalent nature that of the ministers. We have the PDAF so to speak and that allowance is not for the lawmaker but for the embodiment of the district they represent. Our government system is US based and therefore we copy a principle of federalism from them. Proof is our centralized government because the end result of federalism is the UNION of sectors throughout an entire country. But then, we have regionalism which is an entirely different animal from that of federalism. Since we developed multiple cultures in our history, we can even have sectionalism but the only thing that amplifies the authority is regionalism because this is the only way to separate the bisaya from the tagalogs and therefore, factions of the government authorities can focus on one thing rather than the whole and leave a half-baked job.
I believe DU30 will not induct a physical change in the constitution, I think he is aiming for a frame-by-frame governance because he is a fiscal, he knows better on what to do to this country in order for his version of change to commence. I am not trying to invalidate Singapore, I respect your opinion because the way I see it you are currently living there, good for you, but then DU30 is not LKY and DU30 has the chance to surpass him, given that his health condition will remain normal.

ingon ako kauban nga sg lokal nga pro du30 pud.... morag doubtful cya if mka lahutay ba daw ci du30 given his age k si LKY ni resign pag ka PM at around 67 yrs old nya ci du30 at 71 mao pay pag start ug rebuild sa pinas... mao nga nahan ko madali ni du30 ug rebuild ang pinas pra mka apas pako ug mka uli nko sa pinas nyahaha
One of the best moves of Du30, avoid useless cheap chit chat with media, he knows that his priority is to fix this country and not some pleasing publicity stunts.
