EDIT: There's an act of law that conforming to the idea of the left which is duly recognized as a revolutionary entity in lieu of democracy (which inculcated our constitution), in other words, enemy of the state, is treason and punishable by imprisonment. But that is not my point, I am pro-Du30 and I was specifying that his version of change might be a positive solution to our situation right now.

Well I am familiar of a staute not entirely imposed of the moment. It was a move to dismantle the CPP back then with force. Forgot the name of the R.A. but yes, since it's a written document then it is by all means a LAW. I'm very sorry for confusing you.
