Qualifications for USRN:


  • Have an active and unrestricted US and PH RN licenses
  • At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
  • Skilled in providing effective nursing care, assessing patient situations and taking effective courses of action
  • Good critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
  • Willingness to render extended hour/s as the need arises


Qualifications for PHRN


  • Active and unrestricted Philippine registered nurse license
  • BPO experience in a Healthcare account is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in a healthcare and customer service account, or managed a team as an OIC-Subject Matter Expert in a healthcare account setting
