What BBM is doing is saving Duterte's presidency. Since Robredo given her LP puppet status will be a hindrance or obstacle to his presidency she will be the hinge in their plan of impeaching duterte.

I voted Marcos despite everything I've said about him and his parents. I honestly thought he got this, based on my observation of people's opinions on the internet. I guess there's more opinions outside the internet. Was that hash code change on the transparency server (allegedly to show ń) cheating? As an IT professional myself, I know there's a freeze period where code changes shouldn't be allowed, except on extreme circumstances. And in an election, there shouldn't have been any code changes. It's very understandable why such code change would invite suspicion.
In any case, the code change happened after the elections were over and while the transmissions and counting were ongoing. The COC's, if I understand correctly, were already done when the elections were over. So those code changes couldn't have altered the figures in the COCs. If the canvassing of the COC was consistent with the figures on the transparency server, then those code changes were not related to the counting of votes.
That's just my opinion. If cheating was done to prevent Marcos from winning, then it should be explained where and how this was done and evidence should be presented. If the facts clearly shows cheating, then Marcos should be proclaimed. If not, let's move on.

How would we know? Did we see the whole and original program codes before the changing of the specific letter?
We didn't see the program codes and if there are libraries so we cannot know if the change is only 'superficial'.
If anything, it is good that this comes to light so that hopefully the whole program will be shown. And we can nitpick that.
This is actually an exercise of democracy. You have the right to present your evidence against what you think has done wrong.
kani nanggawas na jd ang mga programmer...lelz...bitaw sakto jd ang uban...present hard evidence to support....
We don't know what's originally in those programs and what was changed. What was being complained about was the change in the hash code, because it was only after then that Marcos suddenly lost his lead and suspicion was raised. If the hash code change (which was done after the election day) was designed to pad the votes in favor of Leni, then the canvassing of the COCs (which was already sealed when the election was over and before the code change) should've shown a different result. When you have two different methods of totaling the votes (computer versus manual congressional canvassing) and they arrive at roughly equivalent results, the claim that the code change altered the votes doesn't hold water anymore. That's why when I read about the tactic shifting from code change to 3 million votes not being counted, I thought they were now throwing anything at the wall to see what would stick.
I could be wrong about the COCs being unaffected by the code change. I only presume that COCs are papers containing the totals that were done immediately after the election was over...and before the code change (which was done during the transmissions). Hey, if I'm wrong, I'd be glad to be wrong. I believe Marcos would be a better vice president to Duterte, since Leni could potentially be a disrupter.
