We all heard about Davao's 911. He has done it in Davao, what's stopping him from doing it to the whole country. Apps, phoneline, GPS, internet smartphone or what-not as long as there is someone on the other line willing to respond and help in dire times.
    This! ^_^ +1

Pde ghapon na katawag. Since lain ang frequency gi gamit ana dili ordinary na cellphone signal. Mao btaw mao na makita nimo for emergency calls only if walay signal.

you have wrong understanding ani... If no signal means you are not connected, now that emergency call does not use different frequency (im a radio enthusiast sa frequency ko mag slide everyday)... however it uses other network to do the call.. example

You phone is on Smart and you have no signal but there is signal on Globe, your phone will automatically use Globe network to call free of charge... so if you are on an area where there is no signal on all network then you cannot make a call... your phone requires cellsite to function... dili na 2 way radio...
