no. i disagree boss. no matter how much defensive driving we're doing but with this kind of situation that the kid suddenly came unto the road, no driver could evade it, not even micheal schumacher.


now for the mother, just look at the hypocrites that we call lawyers or defender of women and children, where are they now ?? where is this so called, PEOPLE OF THE PHILS VS THE MOTHER Why is our justice system so lame ??

and regarding the rules of the road, they should revamp it all together. in cases like this, the driver shouldn't be put to blame. and also, change that rule of 2-wheel vs 4-wheel, even if the 2-wheel is at fault, the 4-wheel is liable. that is the most stupid of all rules.
