We've been there last March 30, 2016. Experience was great for theres just 3 of us in the group and the place was exclusively for us alone. No other group booked on that day. We cooked there for they have their own kitchen utensils (including gas stove) but unfortunately, they dont have grilling station if ever nag plan mo magsugba2x. For day use, its 500/head and 300 pesos corkage per meal. No corkage for snacks. If you want to save, you can eat breakfast nalang before heading to Terracotta so you can pay 1 corkage lang which is for lunch. They offer overnight which is 800/head. Hope this helps.

First, nag settle sa mi kung pila jud mi kabuok sa among grupo.
Sa among group 10 mi ka adults, 3 kids and 1 baby. Naa pay lain pending nga wala pay sure nga mokuyog namu but wala namu giapil sa count. kana ako gi mention nga no. of people mao ra sa na amo gi make sure nga e book kay basin makatapal nya mi if ever book mi daghan then katong walay sure dili manunga.

Moving on, ni pay mi sa 10 ka adults and 3 kids kay the baby is free. Since that was Saturday and first reservation payment first serve man so dali2x sad ko bayad. I paid via MLHUILLIER.

Then nag inquire ko service for hire ni Miss Eva or si Efrennel ba to, dili ko sure kinsa ako ka txt but naa ra ana nila.
The next day ni recommend dayun sila og mga kaila nila nga mga sakyanan nga mao sad gikuha nga service sa uban previous guest nila and roundtrip na ni.

Then we hired Manoy Jeepney driver (Kalimot ko sa name) - 09216729434. Iyang jeep nga ELF kay good for 20 persons. Then as mentioned by the contact person 2,000.00 among gibayaran. Gisugat mi ni Sir David (Husband ni Mrs. Eva and from England) and nagdala sya 1 Galloon of Mineral Water para e serve sa amo group. Naa ni sila 4 kabuok German Shepherds. Nag briefing sya, told us story about the Manor and state TWO small rules.

And then we ask questions na:
Dili pa sure si Sir David kalimot sya sa rate for OVERNIGHT kung sa AIRBED.
Kung Airbed adto mo sa poolhouse mo sleep (Outside the mansion).
BUT Ilang poolhouse mura naman og RESTHOUSE, Complete na tanan. Dili jud mo alkansi. Malingaw pa mo kay AIRBED. Sosyal. Ang ila poolhouse naa dako kaayong Dining/Sala nga OVERLOOKING and tupad ra jud ni sya sa pool (mao gani poolhouse). Naay kitchen and complete utensils, naay refrigerator, naay duha ka CR nga mura na og kwarto, naay sala2x where didto ibutang ang Airbed, naay tv and DVDs, naay water dispenser, naay mga projector tingale to para if ever nahan mo. Super sulit jud kaayo.


For Tent, naa daw sya dako kaau nga tent, wala ko sure na pud pila masulod and pila ang rate. Please ask them nalang basta sure naa dako nga tent then didto sa ilang dakong hawan ibutang.

Sa Mansion, if ever didto sad mo mag overnight. Ang room nila nga perteng dakoah murag balay nga room, masulod 20 kabuok taw sa room, Mansion jud ni sya walay binuang hehe dili mi maka exaggerate kay exaggerate jud daan ang pagka design palang. Ang bathroom murag sala or kusina kadak.ah. Then good for two ang each room rate is 3,800.00 and for additional person is 1K per person and STRICTLY up to 4 persons lang per room. Dili sila nahan crowded ang usa ka room.
They have 3 rooms to choose from. Mura mo naa sa ENGLAND this i promise you, dili mo magmahay.

Grabi ka priceless ang experience, buotan kaayo si Sir David and niprangka sila exclusive for one group bisan unsa mo kagamay pa basta usa ra jud ka group reservation per day and they only cater probably TWICE per month kay dili sila permi sa mansion or dili sila nahan lang jud nga permi naa guests. Basta gusto sila na panagsa ra mag pa rent.


50% downpayment is a MUST for total of guests. (Bank to Bank, Palawan or MLHUILLIER)
Entrance: 500 php Adult, 250 kids. (per person)
One time payment per MEAL for the whole group: 500 php
Rooms: 3,800. Additional person: 1k up to 4 persons each room (STRICTLY)

TENT (Sila mo provide dako nga tent dont know how many persons will fit in): Unknown

You can cook they have electric stove and RICE COOKER.
They provide FREE Mineral Water.
They can let you borrow Plates, Spoons, Fork, Knife.
They have REFRIGERATOR free to put food and beverages.
They have Television (I dont know if naay cable we didn't use it) and DVD's.

Remember if you do overnight, included na entrance fee for overnight.
Example para makasabot lang jud mo: If mo rent mo sa tent konohay 1k per person kay dala na sa entrance nga 500php. so 1k ra jud imo mabayaran wala na ang 500php entrance for the pool use. INCLUDED na.

BRING YOUR OWN GARBAGE BAG.
RULE 1: The time you left the place must be the same as you arrive. You need to clean the tables and bring the garbage with you. For the floors pwede sila ra manilhig. Basta observe Cleanliness.
RULE 2: No Smoking. You can smoke along the road gawas sa ilang entrance or property.
