Why don't you create a Limited Account since you're using Windows XP instead of a third party software.

sa control panel, naay user accounts nga icon. create kag new user then e set nimo ang account type. admin para naa cya freedom or limited account for limited access.. or deepfreeze?

if you want it for an internet cafe, pangita nalang ug Deep Freeze nga software... no changes can be made on your PC...

I never tried this software but this is usually they recommend to the members from the other forums.
