    Nag milwaukee brace ko for 2 years kadto high school pako. Then nag back pains ko last year, so nagpa PT ko sa perpetual. Sa karun, nag gamit kog BackJoy. Di lang alsa bug-at, dapat proper posture pirmi, then no prolonged sitting or standing.

    Mostly daot jud na cya coz atong Brain mura nag CPU sa computer pa, den atong Spinal Cord o Spinal Column mao na cyay wirings padung sa imong lawas (ibutang tag Monitor o LCD Screen ato body)..d kaau ma.supplyan ato Body(Monitor) gkan sa Brain (CPU) coz naay defect ang agianan o ang wirings mao na kulang ug supply sa laktod nga pagkasulti..dats why most people nga naay Scolio s mga daut..

    Nope..naa koy scolio but i just take a supplement named USANA Active Calcium naay improvement sa scolio..u should try ds guys..
