I know where, have we recovered significantly then? or are we on the same corner?

i think not.. if not going worse after that edsa, we have been lifted up a bit during GMA but after that we were back to deep sh*t debts..

    OT:
Actually bro, I don't know if we are on the same boat.
And to be honest, I'm not a yellowtard.
However, I don't like the way Marcos run the country when he was still the president.

I think, the problem started during the marcos regime caused by accumulating so much debt which is above the paying capability.
It should have been fine if those funds were all used for public interest.

As i've said, this is already OT as this thread is for BBM and not for his father. Sorry mods...

I know you are not a yellow-tard but I was talking on topic of debt in general whomever was the president during those time. I agree, I read about Marcos has build up many infrastructures and we can still see today. It is evident that there are a lot indeed, we can give him that. But then aside from billions of loans for the purpose of these projects, some of it went being misused to rather pocketed by "them", not talking about marcos alone but by their cronies also. Large sum of debts during those time we can call illegitimate loans. We were suppose to recover those loans but we didnt due to one thing is corruption and others are external factors worldwide. This is already an OT, I agree..so we can move on to the thread topic. The regime of Marcos during those time were subjective, as the first years was really great until it got sour. Different people can have different views of the past, I'd rather like to have an open mind to his son BBM and give this guy a chance to prove himself. It's not like he is giong to declare martial anytime soon.
