utorrent 1.7.5 question here. globe DSL ko, 384kbps or 995plan.
what's the expected or good download speed unta ani? i'm experiencing 8~20kB/s average sustained speed and sometimes 40~55kB/s burst speed - will hold only for less than an hour. is this good enough? i say this is slow unless this is really the expected. what do u say fellow utorrent users? daghan man gud ako nabasahan diri nga like 80~120kB/s average. i'd like to attain that if pwede sa ako scenario.
lots of mention about port forwarding and patch but i have not done this yet kay long man kaayo ang procedure. but utorrent 1.7.5 has port mapping feature which i enabled, so this should take care of it, am i right? green check sign man usually pud ang indicator sa ako utorrent.

i need a good advice. i have read a lot of sites already but i want to ask the locals here para duol gyud sa tinuod. thanks a lot!

The maximum speed for your plan is 48Kbps. There is no way you can get any higher for any extended length of time since you are capped at that speed. Your average may be lower because of certain factors such as the overall quality of the download. I've seen over 1500Kbps on my connection, but my average doesn't even come close.

yeah, vern is right... if naa ka 384kilobit nga connection, divide it by 8 and the result would be your max download rate... i have a 1024kilobit connection from Globe and the download speeds i get are about 125kbps (with sufficient seeders)...

for 384 kbps globe dsl connection wala gyud diay ta mahimo ani nga moabot ang atu download speed bisag 100 kbps na lang?

bro i read somewhere before nga naa bug ang 1.7 version
try getting the 1.6 version
and install peer guardian 2
then follow vern's advice on upload/download throttle
utorrent has worked for me eversince
plus i tweaked some settings to optimize it
ill post the link of the tweaks if find it

so you should be at 30kbps more or less
pero gi upgrade mana nila to 512
