Can anyone advise if Saint Francis of Assisi's mode of communication in the campus is English or can anyone recommend a school around APAS/LAHUG area that uses English as communication inside the school? This is my concern since we are not from Cebu and my son only speaks English & we are now teaching him tagalog.

Tuition fee not more than 38K.

Another help I need, if anyone could also provide information for an after school center (like Duyan in Lapu Lapu & Prodigy Centre in Mandaue) with a program where he can play, tutorial session around Apas/Lahug/IT Park area.
