Yes I've lost 50 lbs in 9 months WITHOUT pills LOL. Get rid of the fat and replace with lean muscle. I just started serious weightlifting a month ago. From January mgweights sad ko ginagmay just to aid my fat loss. Right now, stop na pagamay, clean bulk ko kay nipis kaayo ko and lift heavier and eat more. Ang kaapan nako mgInom manko RedHorse twice a week! makahurot ko ug 5-6 bottles per session. Haay na lang! lami man ang bugnaw na RH oi!
PS. Dili lang nako erase-on ang nawong kay daghan mansad nakaila nako diri. PromoKids asa naman mo? LOL

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week. I did cardio mostly - 1 hour of running then an hour of cross training and a class called body jam. I only did light weights to stay toned. I'll never forget the moment when my friend pushed me into the relaxation zone (sauna, steam room...) and found myself standing half naked infront of a group of guys who woundn't stop staring! Proper embarrassing!
im 5'7" and reached 140lbs benchpress (with spotter of course). my peak weight was 140lbs last january. didnt use any supplements.
now im only at 130lbs and havent gone back to the gym(weightlifting). got myself into boxing for months. i run 5-10 km three to four times a week.

i haven't tried going to the gym yet. some testi here are very encouraging.
i do free weights at home. i do two 45-minute-jog (or as long as my legs allow) 3x a week.
i'm 5'10" and 155 lbs.
not really planning on bulking up coz i want to run a marathon.
I go frequently to the gym but I usually lift very light weights in multiple repetitions. I do it for about 30 minutes as a warm up for our practice and training after. I really don't have that bulk of muscle compared to other gym regulars but I'm lean (confidence gamay..hehe).
Aside from gym, I used to bike when I have the time and I jog a lot. About 10 rounds sa CCSC oval.
