when you point your mouse to the place where the taskbar is should be located, does it appear/shows?

if not, try pressing the winkey button. if not again, there's a problem w/ your OS.
-reinstalling or repairing your OS may resolve the issue.

try pressing the windows keys dudz, or adto sa imo control panel then try ka sa Dispay Settings, then Desktop nga tab, then Customize Dekstop... naa man to restore defaults...

if this wont work, there is a corrupted file or virus in your computer..

better reformat your HDD instead of system restoring it since system restore will also back up the virus...

install your antivirus after installing the OS and run it to check your system stability bec some virus can't be remove even if you already format your HDD.
