House/Room for Rent - with easy access to AYALA 2K to 4K budget

Hi iStoryans,

I am posting for a friend... My colleague and his family (1 kid = going 2 years old this year) is looking for a house or a room to rent. Since he is working in Ayala, they prefer that the unit must have easy access to Ayala Center Cebu - could be walking distance or 1-ride to the premise.

His budget is from 2K to 4K pesos, with own CR is better (of course ).

Or if you guys have any idea about "Rent-to-Own" properties that you could suggest, it would be much appreciated. He is a regular employee in a BPO company, if the terms are easy to understand he would likely go for it.

Please post pictures of the unit you would suggest or offer, a link will also do. :P
