lage... instead bugnaw og hilom og power savings kay long idle, di na hinuon... paita...

"system and compressed memory" - apparently it is "normal" daw for W10 pero murag wah man ko ka uyon ani, from time to time mo kick in unya high CPU usage...

sa observation nako so far, every 4 or 5 minutes naka idle akong system, then mo sipa dayon ni... which kinda annoys me since idle (long idle) na unta for cool and quite and power saving mode operation, pero naa naman nuon ni mag sige og kiat...
haven't experienced that.. but ga downgrade ko to Windows 7, nadala ko sa mga "telemetry" thingies and dili ko nahan how M$ sends its updates.

Win 8 and Win 10, basta mag auto update, mo kaon ug resources... dali ra man ang work around hinoon ani...

    > just press... "Window key" + "R"...
    > on the command box, type "services.msc" then press ok...
    > look for Windows update and from Automatic change to Disable or Manual...

if gusto ta mag update, we can change the setting to Manual anytime then down load sya'g update samtang matulog ta...

ang Win 7, kun mag update, dili man mo kamang ang PC... labi na, gamay ug mem like 2 or 3 GB lang... pero ang Win 8 & Win 10, maka lagot kay wla ta'y mahimo na work kun nag auto update sya then naka 2 or 3 GB system mem ang rig... tsk tsk tsk... "Win 7 is a resource friendly OS"... this is based on my experience (from Win 3.1 to Win 10)... and very stable too (for a desktop OS)...

sa akoang notebook PC (Lenovo X230... 3 GB ram), akoang gi upgrade to Win 8 Enterprise Edition ang OS... mila2x-on inig auto update nya. mo kalit ra'g download bisan naka set ug manual... wla ko'y nahimo na work... hehehe... maka bagdoy2x ta (lakaw2x ug tabi2x)... dili pud ta mo maka surf kay ang mga website, mang lamoy nig mem resources... ang 3 GB, binlan na lang ko'g mga 300+ MB or sometimes less (this is during Windows update running in the background)... tomas kaayo. mag sige lang ug swap file sa HDD. utilization sa HDD kay 100 %.

akoang gihimo, nag palit ko'g 8 GB SODIMMs (2 x 4 GB) para dili ta ma ugtas ani nya kun mag auto download ug updates. aw what was happening on my desktop PC (general purpose rig) na naka 8 GB system ra man sya... once ma 8 GB na ni sya (abot ang mem modules ugma), akoa ra gihapon i-set ug "disable" ang Windows Update. daghan man gud pud ko'g mga apps na naka open basta mag work. pero, sa balay, inig katulog nako, akoang ni'ng i-change ug status para maka update sya...

Not sure if same ba ni sa ako na experience. In my case, nag kaOn og dako nga bandwidth (or tanan bandwidth) ang svchost.exe nga makita nimo sa task manager. No windows update going on, just pure svchost.exe.

Better disable that BITS bro, it's taking too much bandwidth for those windows updates which usually are not intended for the commoner.
