What about those who were forced to contribute to Philhealth every month? It's okay to be charitable but please don't take the funds from those who have build those funds. What will happen to us contributors when it's our time to need those funds? As one of my teacher used to say "it's okay to give if you have more than enough, but if you don't even have enough for yourself, that's bragging already".

May I know which fund did Erap and GMA bankrupted?
