Concerning sa Yolanda Funds and Donations Corruption, nahitabo jud to... Daghan nangabot kwarta ug relief goods pero ang nadawat sa mga tao mga local or bati nga goods. Kasagaran mga private individuals ang nanghatag.

Now, wala ko kahibaw if kinsa ang sad.an ato.... DSWD is just following orders.. pero from whom? The local politicians (Romualdez, Petilla, Gomez, Codilla, etc..) or the national government?

How could you be sure & say that i am not seeing the problems and just rely on the media?
I am seeing the problems with my very own eyes and hearing the clamor of the majority about the situation where Mr. Mar Roxas is concerned.
The media simply validates that what i am seeing & hearing are indeed true.

From where did you get all those figures about the DBM? How did you clarify it? Verify what was fed unto you? Believe in what the DBM website lock, stock & barrel? Media source perhaps? Your words, its up to you to clarify it. So did you?

If those figures are correct, it just shows that the government has not done enough for those Yolanda victims. The budget has been approved so why the delay? It has been over 2 years now or was it just yesterday? 60% released in 2 years? Are you happy with that?

I use to admire Mr. Mar Roxas before Yolanda. Everything has changed with these simple words coming from his own mouth "bahala na kayo sa buhay niyo".

I will not be able to vote yet these coming election but if i can i would go for Duterte or Santiago. I have my own reasons.

I went straight to the source, while you insist on what google search results on Yolanda funds tells you, if a direct source is not good enough for you, then i dunno what is, im much ignorant of the true facts as much as the person reading this, that is the reason why we cant rely on nothing but what is being told to us, that's why facts should be rooted out from an objective source rather than swallowing what one article tells you hook line and sinker, otherwise we'd be victims of political squirmishes specially in times of elections,.. but i believe we are entitled to our opinions and suspicions, as much as we are entitled to say it in any outlet possible, so carry on if you must..

and yes i did clarified it,.. generating billions of projects in a matter of only 2 years is good enough.. and if you care to look yourself you'd find that Tacloban is doing well now, and based on their website they are 80% finished with their rehabilitation projects, but like you said, you'd never believe in any of that crap..

The National Government, in connivance with local elected officials.

Naa koy nadunggan nga ang mga relief goods sa neighboring areas sa Tacloban (Ormoc, Baybay, etc..), gepang taguan sa mayor.

Ang mga independent, non government individuals nga ganahan mo donate kay ge restrict sa Local Government panghatag not unless mananghid sa Mayor.... Ug dapat ang Mayor or government officials ang mohatag.

Not to defend the National Government... pero it is the Mayors ang nag control ug nag prohibit sa paghatag ug donations directly sa constituents.

My vote is irrelevant as i will not be able to vote anyway.
For me 60% released funds after 2 years is not a good figure. It simply shows the Yolanda victims has never been a priority of the Aquino admin.
If you're happy with what you believe in, then stay happy.
