Nagpalit nko daghang distilled water. Prob is time... By the way, kanang 50:50 ratio, the same ba kung kani prestone ready to use(no water needed) ang gamiton? O pwede na ni walay distilled water? 1liter ra man naa nako karon.

Mahala ra ba sa ready to use oi. 300+ ang 1 liter.

According sa manual, 10liters ang capacity sa rad.

@friedrich ingon sa mechanic nko pwede ra purified water gamiton... flush, refill, flush.. if limpyo2x na gani, that's the time you'll put a coolant 50/50 mix with anti rust protection... but if alarming na cgeg drain ang reservoir, have it check or overhaul nlng ky basin naa nay buslot... matapakan ra na nila..

Ang ready to use, dili na butangan ug water kay premixed 50 : 50 naman na daan.

Pwede raka palit lain prestone, or palit jud ka atong 100% pure ethylene glycol... ikaw nalang mix2x.

Nagpalit ko new rad cap and filled the tank to the full mark, so far wala man ni ubos... Wala na pod kaayo ni saka ang temp pero naa gihapon gamay nga saka on stops/idle. Much better situation than the previous days

^^ if pang washing lang, pwede ra faucet water.... Bisan naa nay dissolved solids (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc.), dili man na mo asin2x kung dili nimo initon, so madala ra gehapon na sa tubig ig washing nimo. No harm done ra, basta ma wash out lang ang hugaw sa radiator.



Pero if naa kay budget, pwede ra distilled water imong gamiton... wilkins okay ra pod if dako2x imong budget.

Ang coolant mao nang ethylene glycol 100% nga e mix pa ug water... Pero katong ready to use (prestone or any brand), basta naay gebutang "ready to use" kay okay ra kaayo walay sagol tubig.

mahal ang ready to use... just buy 4-5 liters concentrated and wilkins 6liters or absolute distilled water... pwede ra gani purified water for our gallons for daily use.. not the purified bottled waters brad ha ky naay ginagmay na minerals na..

ang ako lng, drain... refill full purified water no coolant, turn on engine...lamogmog sa.. then drain.. check for color or contaminants... JMO.. hehehe

Bati man gud ang quality sa atong faucet water diri cebu... Tan awa langna ang takuri / keetle, mag ingon ana ang imong radiator kung tap water ra imong gamiton.

Although, dili man pod maguba if faucet water imong gamiton. Basta mas frequent lang imong maintenance sa radiator, matangtang rman gehapon na ang solid flakes.

Pero if gusto nimo maintenance free unya less hassle and check up, purified water / drinking water pwede rana.

How effective ang radiator flush cleaners? Kalimot ko ug palit and early morning tom ra ko kalugar ug flush ani. Walay kapalitan sa duol. Kung dli ra significant, might as well proceed without it. Thanks diay kaayo sa inyo inputs.
