Default Installing Windows---USB keyboard/mouse not working

Need your help, guys. The issue comes up ig abot sa stage sa installation after the first restart, where it says 'setting up Windows for first time use' or something like that. Dili na mugana ang mouse ug keyboard, pero if I go to the BIOS and during sa initial stage sa installation, mu function siya. My hardware are as follows:

    -Biostar N3150NH board
    -Samsung 4GB DDR3L 1600
    -Seagate 80GB 5200RPM HDD

I've tried switching between USB ports pero nothing seems to work. Naa koi settings usbon ani sa BIOS?

    weird...

anyways, na-a ka ps2 variants sa imo keyboard ug mouse?, that may work initially to make yourself trying to fix the issue...

pero..., murag dili sakto imo windows installer, it should be able to detect and use your keyboard and mouse [supposing nga ordinary usb2 ni sila]

to make it short..., use a different installer..., your win installer might be corrupt for some reasons...

The USB ports at the back na black -- the ones directly under the LAN port -- those are apparently USB 2.0 ports. Try to use those during the installation and then in the BIOS load defaults. Check the USB settings under integrated peripherals and make sure legacy USB is supported.

Otherwise use a PS2 mouse and keyboard.
