Issues with Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 OC 2GB GDDR5

Will not even power-up kung naa ang card.
Tried disconnecting the 6pin power connector while still on the motherboard - same issue will not power-up
Disconnecting the the card from the pcie 3.0 lane and its 6pin power connector - system will now successfully work
will test this with my bro.n.law's system ugma for further testing ky basin pa lang
Out of warranty na tawn ang card ky mag 3 years na this July 2016

any possible temporary fix or options that I can do ky murag short pa gamay ron for a replacement card ky as of now beyond my paygrade n jud ko for ideas

(...btw wla ko oven so wla sa option to bake the card )

How oLd is ur PSU? No power jud like no fans and lights on?

Could be ur PSU not giving enough juice.

murag wla jud natabang sa suggestions sir... nya wla jud ko kita oven na pang dispose ky di na bya daw adviseable to use the oven after gi gamit sa VC ky tungod sa fumes gkan sa mga metal compounds sa card... pang display na ni sa akoang Hall of Fame lol hahaha
