ang capital gains tax is within 1 month from the date gi notarized ang deed of sale while ang documentary stamp every 5th of the month ang deadline. ang sa BIR "radaw" ang naay penalty if ma delay pero naa man pud requirements sa BIR before pa sila maka-compute.
pa sched pa una sa assessor's office for inspection if no improvement. don't know if unsa ka paspas nila malihok.
