I prefer fatty cuts of meat over lean. Paleo is sort of low carb, high fat, moderate protien. But not fats from processed food like cakes, milk chocolates, ect... Fats from fruits like avocado, olives and fats from animals that are grass fed are highly recommended. Pero ako kay low budget man, beef, chicken, og pork bones ra which is considered dog food in my place. Mao nang if mangutana ako boss whats for lunch, answer nako kay dog food. pero nindot ang bones diri kay daghan pa kaayo og meat nga dala. Daghan versions sa paleo like some prefer more veggies than meat but in my case, more meat worked for me. Pero ang core gyud sa paleo kay food must be as natural as possible or least processed unya no chemical flavors or preservatives. Mao nang medyo naay difference ang paleo sa atkins kay allowed man ang highly processed food sa atkins as long as its low carb.
