As a Tech Support Analyst you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels.

- High school education or equivalent experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education
- 5 or more years of experience with PC operating systems including Windows NT, 2000 and XP
- 3 or more years of experience in a customer service / Technology Support role
Assets
- Master's Degree or higher level of education preferred
- Information Technology Certifications preferred
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
- Computing Technology Industry Association A+ Certification preferred
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
