1st time ni nko comment2x online, went through the hassle of creating this account para lang makacomment ko ani na thread haha, so..this is me popping my cherry.

    ma.o ni ako BPO experience;
    1) CVG
    - approx 23K basic + allowance back then (naa koy position)
    - it started ok then they acquired stream..cost cutting here n there, work overload, OT, grabee maypa matay!
    - so I resigned! also, didnt like the working environment..daghan bayot, no offense..i have nothing against gays pero ang cvg gays kay grabe kaayo ka agressive..from indecent proposals to dirty stares up n down kanang murag hubo.an nka ba..awkward man gud! *explain kaayo ko hehe again, no offense. tingalig isolated case ra sad ning ako-ang experience & so sorry to generalize..
    2) Xlib
    - less 10-15% ang pay pero commission/incentives dagko kaayo at that time
    - gibaligya sa tag-iya ang company then came the Indians, dah! audit tanan..haha
    - abandon ship!! bati na kaayo ang management, hasta sweldo/commission..grabbed the offer from TYF
    - ok ang working environment though daghan sad "sila" di man agressive..tamed. hehe
    3) TYF
    - gamay na company, gamay sad sweldo, gamay sad nu.on stress
    - cant divulge the salary range kay gamay ra mi sa bracket..dali ra ko ma-pinpoint
    - basta ang salary in comparison sa bigger BPOs less 35-40% in all levels. benefits? what benefits! haha
    - nahan ko sa location kay mingaw pero if wa kay sakayanan lisod..sudlunon kaayo *hadlok kaayo kung graveyard
    - ok ra working env'nt bati lang facilities guba halos tanan..food sad lisod. wa sad mga team bldg, fun activities, etc.
    - biggest drawback kay ang financial stability of the company! kusog kaau turnover, lay offs, force leaves basta lisod kung pamilyado ka/breadwinner/naay loans..ayaw nalang..gamay ra sad ang maregular para way gratuity kno..wa koy na-ilhan nga more than 2 years na sa company..naa usa! haha
    - by the way, kanang 40K Sales Travel kay tinu.od na as commission pero lisod kaayo sudlon kay cream of the crop ra jud..from perfect western accent to voice modulation kinahanglan western sounding jud! gamay ra sad na na account less than 20agents ra..more like pangdani (to entice) ra na para naay daghan mangapply..in fact halos tanan employees nila karon ma.o nay gi-applyan pero gibutang sa lain kay wa kapasar..

Anyhow, hope this helps..taas na kaayo ni.

Pay in CVG isn't really as big as before.. My classmate whom used to work at CVG last 2013-2014 got a monthly package of 19k while I get a monthly package of just 17k in the same account as her... Where did the 2k go? I thought CVG had good pay.
