The function with Power Button that you pointing is if you press the power button on the keyboard it will shutdown. This is the shortcut key of shutdown. So Power Button Function has nothing to do with it.

I'm IN into the PSU or the Power Supply. Have you tried replacing the PSU then still the problem persist?

Memory
Motherboard
Power Supply
Videocard

i just change my psu bro..ambot ngano ni oi..wala man sad miburot ang mga capacitor sa board nako..

my MOBO s already 3 years old..now i now d lifespan of asrock..bro ask ko, pila kaha halin if ibaligya nako ako processor p4 2.8 Ghz?

ako nalang na imo processor bro..btaw bro,,guba jud na imo mobo bro..kay kung ang power supply pa ang problem ana..dili na mo turn on kung dili i pres ang power button..its a mobo problem dili lang kay asrock bro psti asus 775 mobo..ako pagihuwat ang capacitor na moabot ako replace tanan capacitor,,ill share kung ok ba,,
