hmmm.. That is because He claimed to be the Son of God who was sent to die in our stead. If He was the Son of God and equal to God the Father in substance, then it follows that He had authority over the ancient Jewish religious practices and laws, hence, that explains why He had no qualms overriding some aspects of those laws.

To think of it, his life was a bit mysterious... one of those are his literacy. Anyone read or see gospels, parables that was written by him? Some said that he doesn't know to write and/or read.
