when we say, highest paying BPO, it should mean, highest in all aspects, across accounts. naa mga call center na daghan account, and most custcare position will have lower rate than that of TSR. So sa mga mu-post, please include if tech ba didto na account or custcare, ayaw na lang ingna unsa account.

If you really perform well you can bid for a morning shift with a fixed weekend off but you also need to work hard for it because you will competing with other specialists.

I tried it before man pero sa phone ra. Dghan na kaau screening, i mean pasa.pasa na interviews. maka lebog na then i got FAILED.

No difference at all. Usually if di ka mu walk-in kay two phone interviews and if you pass two more interviews na face to face.

13k nlng daw ang basic sa cvg +allowances and +premium for bpo experienced people, ang sick leave combined na sa paid time off 15 per year, before 15k ang basic sa way exp.

This is true. They even removed the night differential for the Team Leaders. Retire ko oi sa wala'y pag-duha duha.

Share nako ako work experience ha, along with pay.

1. Sound Connection Philippines Inc. - 14K ako basic, first job nako. Mura kag CS slash TS diri, voice chat ug email support all in one! This was way back in 2012. Stayed for a month lang kay feel nako at that time dili stable ang company.

2. JP Morgan Chase - 14K basic plus 2700 allowance. Unbelievable sa? Kay ana ang uban dako ang JP pero ako sweldo grabe ka gamay. Ila reasoning ana kay gamay ra daw ko experience. Pagkabalo nako dagko ako mga kauban ug sweldo nya pareho rami agent, na disappointed ko gamay so layat dayon ko after 11months. Pinaka stressful nako na CC gi trabaho-an. I was not happy there so immediate ang resignation oi.

3. Stream - 21.5k all in sa Xbox Chat sa Jmall. Pero di nimo ma feel ang 21.5k. Kay kada 15-nas mag lisod ganig patong ug 8500 imo sweldo. Ang reasoning nila ani kay 40 hours ra daw every payday kay every 2 weeks man ang pay.

4. UHG - 21k all in, 18k basic nya 3k allowance. Kini kay mag average jud kag 9-10k kada 15-nas. Ok ang account, dali ra kaayo mo saka pero at that time nga naa ko didto, stressful kaayo kay pugsanay OT everyday, super Q unya imohang tools mag sige ug hang o hinay kaayo. AWOL ang show!

So far mao rana ako experience. Ug naa koy new job update ko diri.

pay wise .. eperformax ang highest nga akong nabal-an. esp if performer jud ka grabe ang bonus and everything..
