here is the update:

We did not found the talent we are looking for in Cebu, perhaps Cebu is not yet ready for this kind of industry.
Most game 'developers' here are too coupled or too invested into using 3rd party tool and not really the developers we are looking..
we are looking for real engineers and real talent.. too dependent in tool means inflexibility.

with that we have decided to stick into a small things but continue in doing and releasing game projects, which means, looking for investors has been stopped for now as we have found one major investor from Thailand who will shoulder everything.
