    Default Motorcycle Financing

    Hello to All,

My brother and I are planning to start a business of financing motorcycles with an estimated capital of around 180k (maybe starting with 3 to 4 motorcycles first) and we also have small shop with a very good mechanic. The idea is we will finance the motorcycles for our customers. We will buy the unit with cash and let our customers pay us monthly or data-data. And add one unit per month until we reach 15 to 20 units under our mortgage plan.

I'm wondering what are the legal requirements and if you have any suggestions how to make it worthwhile..

    Nice.
I'm also interested to learn what legal actions to do if someone doesn't continue to pay the data-data.

I think embargo ra jud bro. the law isn't really particular of non payments, which is the reason why credit cards are quite expensive here.

Ipa C.I. man namo bro through a good security agency, which is why naay downpayment if mag palit ka ug motor. Of course, two government IDs + co-borrower.

kana akong kabalaka bro, parts ang kuhaon. I think like most, downpayment ra jud imong lakag ani.. my original plan is since we have a shop, it will serve like a 3S shop. Free checkup for every payment.. and if maayo ang payee, free change oil and others freebies.
