if we look at the original idea of youtube, i might say they are not the youtube anymore ever since google started monetizing youtube

if we look into google's perpective... its one of their successful venture...

however user experience is starting to get suck... because google is allowing video ads that forces the user to watch...

if you are famialiar on youtube business model... ads is an optional dili pugsanay... they plan to have paid subcription.... however google sees differently... vimeo's business model is similar to what youtube had before... but google didnt acquire vimeo despite that it gives better video quality...

google screwed up the original youtube... but instead they force user to get into their network... thats how they work... but hey it works for them i give it to them...
