For drastic measures na ni ha (since I've tried this one summer to get the six pack for Bora):
water diet!! 1 mineral water bottle (kanang normal size) for 1 whole day. I also did 2 hrs each day of cardio & gym (light weights lang). 3 days succession, then back to normal to rehydrate your body, then diet. But do this for 2 weeks MAX!
This isn't very much a good recommendation since you might dehydrate yourself...
But if your willing to take the risk..it worked for me and most of the body builders..
