need help! VC crashes everytime i install the driver

please please please help me!

my pc is working perfectly not until i installed the new PES 2016 PTE patch then my pc crashed showing the picture above, tried to safe mode and its everything is fine. tried to reformat my and upgrade to windows 10 but when i install the GPU driver it will crash, went back to 8.1 same issue went further down same issue.

my pc is working perfectly on 3 OS windows 7, 8.1 and 10 without installing GPU driver but once i install my GPU driver it will reboot and this will happen

AMD Phenom(TM) II X4 960T
4gb gskill x2
GPU Sapphire 7850 2gb OC edition
PSU 750watts
HDD 750 gb seagate and 1tera WDC
please help me

card failing or power supply issue. isolate. test card on another "capable" computer, test with good power supply.

Try an older driver. Maybe from six months ago or maybe the drivers that came with the video card?

Or what boss werty said.....try in a more capable computer.
