I know for a fact Mar Roxas watered down the cheaper medicines bill. You can find alot of sources for this just by doing research. This is actually my apprehension against Mar (bahala nag TH sya pa pobre2x), he claims to be the champion of cheaper meds act fr the Ph, we he did the exact opposite. True he was one of the main guys who helped it thru the senate, but he still hasnt explained why he watered it down

Since Mar assumed the DILG post, nakita naman nato since Day 1 that he wanted that Presidency so badly. That is why PNoy put him that position para maka kampanya. but his performance was below par.

If he wanted the position so badly, why the need to give way for Pnoy?
