How do I make my squats safer? I dont have a power rack to support the barbell in case I won't be able to finish the rep. I was able to increase my weight by 5 kilos by using just dumbbells and barbells. So far the weight that I squat when using the barbell is manageable about 50lbs since Im still a beginner hehe. And when I do squats I first imitate a deadlift stance; carry the barbell up to my shoulders then do a semi shoulder press and place it on my back.
I do a full body workout three times a week. I don't take supplements; what I do is I eat a lot of eggs and meat but I am planning to buy whey for more protein intake. What whey should I get and how much is it? Where can I buy a power rack?
Also, how do I make my chest bigger since it is lagging behind? Should I do more chest workouts? I usually do push ups; about 13 reps three sets; I do have a bench but I need to clean it up hehei can probably do regular bench press and incline but my concern is the decline, is it necessary to do decline bench press? How do you form a good looking chest?
Also about our food intake; how do we track our food intake? Its hard to find a guide regarding this since our food is different from americans.
I only do 1 workout per muscle; the range would be 8 reps- 3 sets. I am gradually increasing the weight that I carry since im tracking them. Thank you for responding![]()



i can probably do regular bench press and incline but my concern is the decline, is it necessary to do decline bench press? How do you form a good looking chest?
