Bai prehas ra ta 1cm sd sa ako, pero 1 ra cya.. mao ba karon cge ko inom og apple juice 2x a day nya 2 x a day pd sa apple cider vinegar. so far na lessen na ang sakit pero mao lagi mag usab na ko og lifestyle nya mag monitor nako ani permi.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools.

ang only option ba para sa mga naay gallstone is to have your gallbladder remove?
