I would suggest avoiding Tate, based on experience and facts, they rule through politics and selective implementation of rules. Plus the HR/Management has VERY little regard for labor laws and such. The employees there almost did not get their 13th month pay..they had to fight tooth and nail to get it...so there is truth in saying they are not financially stable. They are willing to go as low as fabricating evidence against people they do not like so they can get rid of them
