Very very VEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY common ni sya sa Unionbank with their outdated f*cked up system. Specially last week ga system maintenance na sila (if you haven't received the text alert). My uncle is used to work with a company that does maintenance for the ATM's here in Cebu, ang pinakayawa nga sige nila ayuhon kay ang sa Unionbank and their system. If dili lang na Visa ila card, dugay nako ming hawa ana.
