Any car bro basta properly maintained can endure long rides. Stop overs if needed, are usually for the driver's benefit and not for the car.

Hello All,

Good day! Perhaps anyone can help. I just got my 1.2 AT Picanto last Sept 27, 2015 and after only 2months of use, I hear a rattling sound everytime i accelerate. Dli cya mo noise if steady lng ang awto and naka andar even if mag rev ko. This only happens when mag dagan and to be more precise, mo tingog cya ig murag mo utong na ang engine ig ilis sa gear.

I was at Gateway Gorordo this morning for the 1st 1000Km maintenance checkup and i reported the issue. After they serviced the unit, I was only advised to try a higher octane gasoline then observe if the noise would still occur after few more KM of run. Please note that I have only been using Petron XCS ever since i got the unit. Their maintenance supervisor even told me that XCS is what they recommend. Naa ba uban naka experience ani nga issue? PLEASE HELP!

Mukhang engine knock from the description. Like what gateway said, try mo gasoline na no lower than 95 ang octane rating. If tama ako XCS is 95 na. Maybe you can try 97 octane rating kasi A/T unit mo (?). I'm using nitro+ (95 RON) on my manual unit and wala namang engine knocking.

I think Blaze bro yung highest octane ng Petron.
Not really sure if ok lang mag mix with almost half-full ang tank. Siguro ok lang since mukhang sa Petron ka pa din magpa-gas.

murag mao na'ng storya.a, gamay ra ang makuha sa in-house vs sa banko, naa raman gud sa duha kung sa in-house scheme ka mo follow sila ang maka ginansya ug dako, pero kung sa akong kahimtang, ang banko ma'oi naka kwarta. oks lng basta 11k lng ang monthly hehehe

Try ug transition from XCS to Blaze bai, 100 octane na sya and gamay ra ang price difference compared sa XCS... na initan ra imong makina, ask lng ko... after 2 months pa nag 1k imong odo? ingon sa uban mn gud mag engine rattle ra kung dali na mo init ang makina, then you go for higher octane para bugnaw2x ang pamati sa imong makina...

kay feel nako dali ra mo-init atong makina labi na 3-cylinder ra siya.. feel lang na naku, dili ko sure if sakto ba.
