Naa braces na conventional, naa sad materials daw karon na lesser na ang pain as you use your braces. Sakit gyud na at first especially if grabe ka hiwi imong teeth or some tooth na twisted etc. So mga recent ni na materials which would mean medyo mas mahal than conventional materials.

My ortho family friend is cheaper gyud but I can tell you na grabe ang improvement across the years hehe. Makaingon na ko karon na mas nindot na jud akong smile '
