UnitedHealth Group (UHG) is looking for IT Helpdesk | Desktop Support Analyst. I am from the helpdesk and I would like to invite you to join our team.
There is a referral fee and we both get 50/50 out of it. Good luck!

- Salary range 25k to 35k depending on your years of experience and skills set.
- Annual salary increase.
- Annual and Monthly performance bonus.
- 3.5k non taxable allowance + 2.5k taxable allowance.
- Premium HMO(MAXICARE) and 15% night diff allowance per month.
- Fixed weekend days off ( Saturday and Sunday ).
- Fixed schedule and with your own workstation, computer and etc.
- 15 days Vacation Leave and 15 days Sick Leave per year. (Will be converted to cash if not consumed).


Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.

- Must be a college graduate.
- At least 2-3 years of helpdesk experience
- Good Tenure in previous work experience. Must be knowledgeable with Desktop Computer, Microsoft Office, Basic Networking and Excellent COmmunication Skills.

Yes, internal customer.. we only assist employees of the company. Average of 15 to 25.

REQUIRED


1. Must be a college graduate ( 4 years Bachelors Degree )
2. Must have atleast ONE(1) year Service Desk or Help Desk Experience
3. Must be knowledgeable with Desktop Computer, Microsoft Office, Basic Networking and Excellent COmmunication Skills.
