huh?
basically low ISO, slow shutter,long exposure. or you could experiment with filters pero bati lang results especially with UV.
i avoid having filters on when shooting under low light.

aside from settings, tripod + cable shutter release kay makatabang ni sa pagduwa nimo ug trail lights, etc.

no tripod high ISO medjo tricky ni pero malingaw ra ka magduwa ani hugaw lang output sa image pero makat-on ra ka madugay
