yeah...but then again, there are people around you taking meds and still stroke...there are people that are COMPLETELY healthy and get a stroke and die in an instant...

Ingon ang doctor sa akong lalabs nga ok ra man to try all natural cures. But if wala effect dayon, stick to your meds. Suwayi lang palit ug generic para mas barato. Way maayong laki anang kidney failure.

unsa na maintenance are you guys talking about? para sa kidney stones? or para sa HB? i have both actually. karon naa ko maintenance sa HB but not for the kidney stones coz i underwent an operation for that. pero wala na gyud ko ngpa check up if unsa na condition sa ako kidneys karon. ingon sila maka damage man gud daw sa kidney if naa ka kidney stones. not sure though.

Part of prevention is drinking lots of water para wash out sa toxins sa kidneys. This not only cleans our kidneys, maka tabang pod ni pa reduce sa uric acid.

Akong misis naay probelma pod sa kidney. 2yrs na siya nag maintain ug tambal niya.

Dili na jud pataka kaon especially mga parat.

Depende pud kung unsa nga meds gi maintain. Kung gi prescribe sa doctor nimo ok ra pero kung imo-imo lang, over the counter meds delekado pud. Isa naka damage kidneys nako generic meds for arthritis w/o doctors prescription. Tindira ra sa botica naghatag nako, pila ka cge ko take kay effective man pud. Dpende rjd sa compliance sa patiente sa meds, diet ug dialysis treatement. I had patients on dialysis txfor 10 years coz they really stick with their diet, treatment sched and meds. But average of 5yrs cguro. Major reason sd is financial problems, dialysis is jst freakn expensive
