Try jasmine tea if ka angay ka... the light scent and aroma of the jasmine flower is kinda refreshing... black tea lang ni siya...

Mag inuman kog green tea 3x a day for 1 year. After that akong ngipon naay stain, ug cleaning ra gyud ang makatang2. Karon kay balik ko sa coffee every morning to keep me awake then Camomille tea sa gabie before going to bed para pang duka mode.

Ako kay cge ko inum green tea specially Lipton Green Tea. I also try Chinese Green Tea - Oolong Tea - Mint Tea - English Breakfast Tea - Brisk Tea - korean tea - Ampalay tea naka try nako.

3 times a day ko mo inum mag pili lang ko kung unsay gnhan nko inumon. hehehe,. nag palit man ko tanan klase nga makita nako sa grocery. hopefully Jasmine ug Chamomile.
