ako SPA-3000 (para connect sa PLDT) wala man nako gi trunk.. gi himo nako siya ug extension.
then sa SPA-3000 device naa man option ngadto nga forward all nga option.
mao nang ako gi set nga all calls gihan sa SPA-3000 i forward sa ext 999

basin nakasuway mo ani nga problema sa mga nag.gamit ug Asterisk/FreePBx or any other variations(piaf,elastix,vicidial etc). I've been trying to look for the possible cause of this problem but failed, maybe some of you experience this issue. I have a local voip server running on pbx in a flash connected to our 2 landlines (Globe/PLDT) via a TDM400P Digium Card(i know its old ). A caller from outside can call either the 2 numbers but on his end its just keep ringing. On my end i can see that on asterisk console the call was actually received and in fact i can see that IVR is playing(i checked the logs ,also monitored the call realtime), but on the caller's end its just keep ringing. This issue is intermittent, meaning sometimes it just works fine. Medyo dugay2 napud ko ug pangita ug solution ani pero wala jud nko nakuha. Testing have been made including reseating the card, maau unta dli ang card ang naay problema, mahala raba sa card hehe..I also plug the landline to a regular phone and call it from outside, ok ra pud sya makatawag ra dretso.

Mga boss ka katong nakasugat ani nga issue... how did you solve it? Thanks kaayo in advance
