    Smoking and GYM it not good thing. Because smoking reduce the stamina when the person lift the heavy weight.

    You cannot use the gym as an excuse to continue smoking. if you want to live healthy or live a healthier lifestyle...you will have to eventually give up smoking.

    You know smoking is stupid. You know you're gambling with cancer, stroke, and other health issues. But did you know you're also sabotaging your strength training?

    You wont be able to go all out or give it your all in the gym when you have less oxygen in your body. Less oxygen because of smoking.

    Smoking is never a good idea bro, no offense.

    Fitness and smoking can co exist, but for better perfomance and results, hacking smoking out of the way is the way to go.

    pareho rana sa storya nga gusto ka mag diet pero dako gihapon kag kaon. Useless mag gym ka nya manigarilyo gihapon. Once mag smoke ka limitahan imong oxygen supply. Lisud na hinuon inig workout kay maghangos naman kay way hangin, atake na hinuon labas nimo. Kung kaya nimo mas maayo undang nalang panigarilyo.
