When was your carb serviced ang calibrated? ani gyud ra ba gyud ning mga carbs, magkadugay magkagamay ug hatag ug gasolina sa combustion chamber kay mga partial clogged man ang mga air inlet tubes ana sa pilot ug main jets, by principle the more air volume with less gasoline ratio in the combustion chamber the hotter the engine temperature, the richer gas mixture in the chamber the cooler the engine runs, apil na ang fuel sa calculation sa manufacturers to cooldwn the engine, so dapat ang mag tune ana imong motor dapat kahibalo gyud kung unsa or asa dapit niya tunuhon to have a perfect air/fuel mixture para balik stock gyud ang engine temperature sa imong motor...tagaan tika ug hint sa needle position sa XR200 bro ha ang stock needle position ana is 4rth slot pataas ang setting ana nya ang stock jettings ana is pilot 42 nya ang main jet 102, thoroughly clean your carb including the air inlet tubes then set the needle sa 4rth slot then everything will be back to stock engine temperature Originally Posted by youveseenthebutcher

This are some tips on how to thoroughly clean an XR200 carb, by using ang pressure washer, a chemical cleaner and an air compressor for flushing and drying the air inlet tubes...
Kana balik orginal gyud na ang tuno sa XR200 carb kung ingon ani nga paagi, no need to buy a new OEM carb that will cost you 8K

nope, tune-up is only checking the air filter if it needs cleaning or replace, check the spark plug if needs cleaning or replaced, re adjust air screw of the carb if it needs recalibration, re gapping the cam lifters if it needs adjustment, kana ang routine job sa honda service center kung magpa tune-up ka nila, akong gi mean sa serviced and calibration is actually a carb overhaul, it`s different from a usual engine tune-up, service centers charge you more if you request for a carb overhaul...
