I've had this exact experience way back, twas ok sa akong part getting compliments from others specially single ko atong time-ma but hunahunaon jud nimog maayo unfair kaau sa side sa girl, try putting yourself in her shoes. So what i did was ni lay low kos laki to avoid complications, and I think it's cheating.

Yes, ok rah na mo confess ang laki na nagka gusto siya nimo even though naa na xa gf. Sa imong part dili na cheating ky naminaw raka. For me matawag nag cheating if the both of you will do something about that feeling na obviously maka daot sa ilang relationship sa yang gf. It seems to me nagka gusto pud kas laki? hehe
