    If you connect the dots:

    - From 1998 to 2007, Bongbong served as Governor of Ilocos Norte, where he served for three consecutive terms.
    - Bangui Wind Farm: phase I of the project erected 15 wind turbines spaced 236 meters apart on-shore. This was inaugurated on June 18, 2005

No brainer man gd na apollo kung resourceful lang ka, imo pa jd e dispute unsay contribution ni BBM sa Bangui Wind Farm?

Bro @Apollo24 ma shy man sad ta nimo sa imong link, ang imong link does not talk about who founded the WIND FARM, meaning it did not discredit BBM's participation sa WInd FARM.

FYI Bro.. Private Sector nana project... Walay apil ang Government ana! Northwind Power Development Corp. runs the Northwind Bangui Bay Project that harnesses wind coming from the South China Sea into electricity that helps light up Ilocos Norte in northern Luzon.

The project has been in operation since 2005, supplying the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) with around 25 megawatts of power, equivalent to 40% of the cooperative’s power requirement. - See more at: Bangui wind farm: ?Green? and profiting | News | GMA News Online

If so private sector na, why do they allow such articles coming out that talks about BBM and WInd Farm, di ba mu reklamo man unta na sila kay nag release ug misinformation sa public? Also, yellow medias would have used the complaint (if ni reklamo jud sila) of the so called private sector against BBM kay kontra bya na nila. But ngano wala man?

Interesting to note, this project was completed when BBM was still governor of Ilocos Norte and GMA was president.
